Lenci Enterprises, Inc., is proudly the oldest General Contractor in Virginia, MN. We hire from multiple local unions, including the Carpenters Union, the Local 1097 Laborers union & the Cement Finishers union. If you are not currently affiliated with a union, you can still apply for a sponsor into the unions’ apprenticeship program and will be placed in the union based off your experience level.
