About Lenci Enterprises

Originally founded by Mike Lenci and John Lenci in 1939, and shortly after, joined by Oscar Englund, the company was born as Lenci, Lenci & Englund.  In 1972, when the company was taken over by John Lenci Jr., holding the title of President, and Dale Hansen, holding the title of Corporate Secretary, the company would be renamed as Lenci Enterprises, Inc., the same name we proudly hold today.

In 1981, Mike Ralston, who would eventually take the title of President, joined the company as an owner, working with Dale Hansen and John Lenci Jr. for the next 10 years. In 1991, John Lenci Jr. would retire from his position as President with the company.  Mike Ralston would assume the position as President and Dale Hansen, who already held the Corporate Secretary, would continue to run Lenci Enterprises, Inc. together, maintaining the company’s core values and compassion for the contribution of high-quality construction across Northern Minnesota.

As we move into the future, Lenci Enterprises, Inc., has begun readying itself for its next series of owners, have been working hand-in-hand with the current title holders. Ensuring maintained production quality and customer relations for coming generations.

Celebrating over 53 years of improving the Northland, we can say that we are proud of where we have come, and are excited to continue expanding on in the years to come.
